   Good water but watch the housings

   Installation is quick and it removes chlorine taste well. My concern is cracking filter housings after about two years, which led to a leak; replacing the housing fixed it but felt like a quality lapse. Also had to replace a leaking shut-off valve.

   Works well and support is helpful

   Owned it three years as our main drinking source. TDS readings drop to near zero; I swap filters every 6–12 months depending on readings. Filters cost something but they last, and customer support has been responsive when I needed advice.

   Still working after ten years

   Bought this in 2016 and in 2026 it still produces great water. Filters last a long time and maintenance costs stay low. Be careful not to overtighten housings — caps can crack over many years. When I needed parts, online tips and replacements resolved it.

   If I could install it, anyone can

   I’m a renter with no plumbing experience and I managed the install. The kit included everything needed and the steps were logical. If you’re nervous, follow the instructions and take it slow — it’s doable.

   Simple setup, best-tasting water

   After years with a pricey ionizer that needed costly filters and repairs, this RO was a game-changer. Installation was straightforward with the quick-connect tubing, and the water tastes far better — smoother and more pleasant to drink.

   Replaced an old system — does the job

   Replaced a 25-year-old unit and it arrived with adapters, splitter, cold-water valve and the RO faucet. I advise using an air-gap faucet or air-gap dishwasher setup (not included) and a small tube of food-grade silicone grease for fittings. I reused my old 1/4" supply line so installation was painless and the system runs as expected.

   Excellent — high quality and purity

   High quality. Measured TDS dropped dramatically after filtration (for example, from about 89 ppm down to around 3 ppm), producing water similar to distilled in purity.

   Avoid unless you enjoy fighting leaks

   Components fit poorly for me and I experienced repeated leaks that required lots of tape and disassembly under the sink. After many hours of trial and error I had to return it — very frustrating for a supposed plug-and-play kit.

   Massively improved our awful municipal water

   Our household has multiple sensitive members and municipal water was full of hardness, nitrates and lead with strong chlorine or fishy smells. Installing the RO under the sink improved cooking, hand washing and even reduced lingering odors on dishes.

    Connector mismatch made installation harder

    I received a self-piercing feed adapter rather than the 3/8"–1/2" needle valve I expected. My local plumbing can’t accept piercing fittings, so I had to hunt for the correct feed adapter and delay installation.

    Efficient with proper pressure and a permeate pump

    Requires decent inlet pressure (40 psi minimum, 50+ ideal). I installed a 1/2 HP booster and 24 L tank plus a permeate pump to raise tank pressure and lower waste. With that setup I hit the manufacturer’s waste ratio and produced about 5 L/hr of purified water.

    Missing the right connector for Spain — extra cost

    Good filter overall, but the included feed valve didn’t fit Spanish plumbing. I had to order the compatible connector from overseas for an extra fee (~€57), which was disappointing on top of the filter cost.

    Great on-demand water; straightforward install

    Bought this to replace a pitcher system. It arrived quickly and I installed it without drilling by routing the faucet to the cabinet. Took about an hour; quick-connects are easy if you push tubing fully and check the protective caps before starting.
