These Joy‑Con controllers are designed for use with the Nintendo Switch family of systems. They include a left and a right controller (L and R) that attach to the console rails, slide into straps, or click into a grip to act as a single gamepad.
Each controller is made from durable plastic with standard Switch control layouts and measures roughly 102 x 36 x 28 mm (about 10 x 3.6 x 2.8 cm). They support motion controls, HD rumble, and the same button and stick configuration as original Joy‑Cons.
Battery life can exceed six hours under light use but will change depending on the game and settings; heavier titles and vibration can reduce runtime. For example, playing open‑world games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild may yield roughly three hours on a single charge.
Use them independently — one in each hand — join them in the included grip or attach them to the console for handheld mode. They can also be shared so two players can jump into supported games.

Defective refurbished set (gray)
Left Joy‑Con won’t hold a charge, right one loses pairing beyond a couple inches, and the left stick drifts. They look fine but don’t function reliably. Returning them.

Left joystick sticking
The left analog suddenly sticks. I’ll get a repair quote this week; if it’s too expensive I’ll return and buy new. They look overly worn for the price.

They’re not new despite the box and bubble wrap. One controller’s battery is already swollen.

Used, not new, and Amiibo disabled
Arrived in a bag, not retail box. First set had terrible stick drift and was unusable; replacement still drifts. Also discovered Amiibo functionality doesn’t work. Paid for new but got used — very frustrated.

Several problems on arrival
Listed as excellent condition but showed heavy wear and shiny spots around buttons. Shipping took 20 days and the right controller’s battery only lasts about 10 minutes. Well packed, but I wouldn’t recommend these.

Better than generic alternatives
Generic copies had lag and were unusable. These refurbished ones worked properly and the kids can play again. Would buy from this seller again.

Looks nearly new at first
At first they appeared like a new pair and came with two straps. Easy to attach and play. After a few weeks I noticed connection drops when used detached — I had to reconnect after some play sessions, though in‑game connection mostly stayed stable.
