Product description
This deluxe pasta maker kit arrives with the essentials to roll and cut fresh pasta at home: a hand crank, a countertop clamp to secure the unit to a work surface, a small brush for cleaning, and three interchangeable cutting attachments that allow you to make lasagnette, fettuccine, angel hair, spaghetti and ravioli. The roller functions as a dough sheeter with adjustable thickness settings so you can work dough from thick to very thin in steps. The attachments clip into the machine for cutting different widths and for forming filled shapes. A brief recipe booklet is included to get started with basic dough and rolling techniques; operation is fully manual using the crank handle.

No beginner instructions
The product itself is fine, but there aren’t helpful instructions for first-time pasta makers.

Good starter machine
Great for anyone starting with homemade pasta. Quality feels solid for the cost and it produces nice noodles. I bought it twice as gifts and both recipients are happy with how it works.

Mixed feelings
Bought it for my son and daughter-in-law and they enjoyed using it when I visited for dinner. Not sure I’d recommend it universally, but it worked fine for them.

Handle keeps coming out
It makes every pasta shape I want, but the crank often falls out when I stop cranking. You end up chasing it across the table. The handle needs a better locking design.

Cheap build, not worth repeat purchase
Very rough construction. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Simple to set up
My husband wanted a pasta maker and this fit the bill. We now make pasta weekly. Assembly was quick. The handle can detach if twisted the wrong way and the rollers take some brushing to clean, but we use it all the time and like it.

Great machine, ravioli attachment issues
Fantastic for whole wheat and spinach pasta; cleaning was quick. Took a while to perfect dough thickness. The ravioli cutter worked but didn't lock securely, so we probably won't use that attachment much.

Not suitable for my setup
I followed instructions but the clamp is too shallow for my table so the unit moved while turning. Couldn’t clamp tightly without risking the surface, and thick dough can make the gears slip. Needed another person to hold it in place.

Don’t be put off by negative posts
I was skeptical after reading a couple bad reviews but it performed well for me. No metal flakes in dough, seems solidly made. Keep an eye on the pasta as it can drift to the sides while cranking.
