darkFlash ATX Mid-Tower Gaming Case — Back-Plugin BTF, Curved Glass
Product description
Back-mounted BTF motherboard layout: The case uses an uncommon rear plug-in motherboard configuration that keeps the main cavity uncluttered, makes cable routing simpler, and offers a different aesthetic compared to traditional front-facing boards. This arrangement is aimed at easier installation for new builders while improving internal presentation. Note: RGB hub/controller is not included.
Panoramic curved tempered glass: A large, R-angle curved tempered-glass panel wraps the chassis for an expansive 270° view of the interior. The curved glass is designed to be distortion-free, showing components and lighting effects with continuous lines and a polished look.
Cooling and radiator support: Airflow is prioritized with space for numerous fans—supporting up to ten fans total—and the ability to fit dual 360mm radiators for front and top configurations. The rear-mounted motherboard works with both standard and reversed layouts to optimize airflow pathways during heavy loads.
Interior room and compatibility: The interior is generous enough for today's large components, accommodating GPUs up to the 4090-class and multiple drive options. The dual-chamber construction separates the power area from the main board region, simplifying tidier cable management and serviceability.
Front I/O and build materials: The case includes a modern front I/O with a Type-C connector for fast transfers and device compatibility. Panels and frame are constructed from durable metals and tempered glass to protect hardware while maintaining a premium finish.
Installation and maintenance: Drive cages, PSU mounting behind the motherboard tray, and multiple fan/radiator mounting positions make installations and future upgrades straightforward. Removable dust filters and modular fan brackets ease cleaning and component swaps.
Pros
- Unique rear BTF motherboard layout for cleaner interior
- Large curved tempered glass with strong cooling support
- Front Type-C I/O and includes four ARGB fans
Cons
- RGB hub/controller not packed with the case
- Some included fans can be imbalanced
- Sheet-metal paneling feels thin to some users
VerdictA striking mid-tower that blends a rear-mounted BTF motherboard layout with a 270° curved tempered-glass display and four ARGB fans out of the box. Excellent cooling capacity (up to 10 fans and dual 360mm radiators), roomy internals for large GPUs, and a Type-C front port make it a solid pick for a high-performance build. Note: RGB hub/controller is not supplied.

Plenty of room — fits my 7900 XTX
Great case with lots of spare space. My 7900 XTX fit comfortably with extra room to spare. Very happy with the fit.

Solid follow-up build
This is my second darkFlash case. Metalwork is clean with no sharp edges and folded sheet metal. Lots of room for cables, good PSU layout, and multiple fan/radiator mounts. Filters remove easily and the curved glass displays components without distortion. As someone who’s built many systems, this case is very well executed.

Sturdy but fan wobble noticed
The chassis is solid and the tempered glass looks excellent. Behind-board cable space is generous. Two intake fans appeared slightly unbalanced and show center wobble in the infinity mirrors, so I may replace them later.

Huge, attractive case
Spacious enough for everything I needed and feels premium with minimal cheap plastic. Cable routing was a bit fiddly as wires got tight, but the color and scale are exactly what I wanted.

Great layout, swapped fans for more power
I debated the purchase but loved the included fans — then replaced them with higher-RPM units. The case is exceptionally easy to work in, cable management is excellent, and airflow is top-notch. Fits ATX boards and large GPUs easily; 360mm radiators mount without trouble. One tip: pre-route GPU power cable if using a full ATX board to avoid clearance issues.

Beginner-friendly and well made
Very beginner-friendly chassis. Building and routing cables was straightforward. I’d used other popular brands before, but wanted something less common — this case delivered a smooth, pleasant build experience. Highly recommended.

Metal feels too thin
I find the sheet metal a bit flimsy — it measures around 0.8 mm thick and feels slightly rattly. I wish the panel thickness was listed in the product details.

Strong performance for first build
My first PC build felt tight during assembly but the finished result looks fantastic. Cooling performs extremely well and the value here is hard to beat. Highly impressed.
