Quiet, comfy, and excellent service

Average purchase — foam concerns
Good frame, but the foam lacks density. After about two hours you start to feel the support under you. I may need to arrange a foam replacement soon.

Exactly what I wanted
Arms flip up to save space, came in white and pink as hoped. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. Padded arms, comfy foam seat, and adjustable lumbar and neck support—plus height adjustment. I love it so far.

Comfortable, functional, durable
Comfortable and made from robust materials. The base feels solid, the mesh is breathable, and the armrests and head support adjust easily. The lumbar pad helps for long hours. Wheels are plastic and not the smoothest, and the seat can get less comfortable after very long sessions, but overall I recommend it.

Stylish and very supportive
A big improvement over my old chair—ordered the gray one. Lumbar and headrest eliminated my lower back pain. Delivery had a color mix-up and I had to collect from the carrier, but the chair was promptly replaced and import fees reimbursed. I'd buy it again.
