Cinnamon Fiber Thins — Daily Psyllium Fiber Snack
Product description
A flavored psyllium husk wafer snack sold as individually wrapped portions for easy, on-the-go use. Each serving delivers 5 grams of fiber derived from psyllium husk powder and contains roughly 100 calories with about 4 grams of total fat.
The product comes packaged in boxes of multiple wrapped servings so you can carry them in a bag or purse. Wafers are thin, crisp initially and then soften slightly when chewed. They’re intended to be eaten as a daily fiber supplement to support digestive comfort and help reduce hunger between meals.
Formulated from psyllium husk fiber, these wafers are an alternative to powders and liquids. They’re available in cinnamon spice flavor and the brand also produces other flavors such as chocolate and apple crisp for those who prefer different tastes.
Pros
- Convenient individually wrapped servings
- Provides 5 g psyllium fiber per serving
- Low-calorie way to add daily fiber
Cons
- Can feel slightly gummy in the mouth

- Flavor may not suit everyone
VerdictAn easy-to-use, flavored psyllium snack that supplies 5 grams of fiber per serving in individually wrapped wafers. It’s portable, modest in calories, and intended to support digestion and appetite control. Texture may be a little gummy for some, but users report it’s effective for regularity and more convenient than mixing powdered formulas.

Wish they were sugar-free
I enjoy them, but I’d prefer a sugar-free version.

Fixes my loose stools, tasty
Very good and flavorful. Helped resolve some watery stool issues I had. The texture can be odd in the mouth for a short bit after chewing, but it's manageable. I have one daily now.

Solid substitute for the powder
A nice alternative to the powdered drink—pleasant enough and they do the job. Been using them for years.

Recommended by my GI — works overnight
My gastroenterologist suggested these for IBS. I prefer the cinnamon since chocolate was too sweet. They taste like cinnamon crackers with no bad aftertaste. One pouch has two wafers; a box seems to have a dozen. They usually produce results by the next morning and don’t clump like the drink mixes.

Eat slowly with liquid for best results
I’ve used the brand’s products over the years. The granules never fully dissolved for me, so these wafers are a better option. Some people note they can gum up—taking them slowly with a drink helps. My doctor recommended adding fiber and these have been easy to use.

Convenient and effective
I eat two wafers with my morning tea and sometimes another later. I avoided the powder because I dislike thick drinks. These are handy while traveling. Not gourmet, but they make getting fiber very easy. Chocolate reminds me of an Oreo edge; cinnamon is like a graham cracker.
