A perforated, non-slip surface drains water and increases traction in wet conditions. Protective backing pads at the top fingers cushion the tailgate from scratches when the ramp is set in place.

Sturdy enough for my heavy e-bike

Works for heavy e-bikes but mind the strap
I loaded two 80 lb e-bikes into a Silverado 1500. The length and padded extension worked well. Side loading with a curb helps, but that needs another person. The included strap is essential; I added another hook for a better secure point.
