Design and materials: Each strap is built from a lightweight, breathable elastic blend with additional padded reinforcement under the patellar area. The low-profile construction lets the strap sit comfortably under pants or shorts.
Sizing and fit: The straps are adjustable and designed to fit knee circumferences approximately 13 to 19 inches. Comfortable, effective patellar strap
My surgeon suggested using a patellar strap on my other knee because of tendon inflammation. I wear this when I walk a lot and it really reduces my pain. Since I can’t take anti-inflammatory meds after gastric surgery, this has been a helpful alternative. I tried other styles but kept this one — it felt best. The two-pack is handy: one stays in the car and one at home so I always have one ready.

Too tight for me
I’m a bigger guy and these were very tight around my knees. They pressed into the back of my knee and became painful after a few uses. They seemed to help, but I had to stop wearing them because of the discomfort.

Good for walking

Saved his football season

Great for hereditary Osgood-Schlatter
I’ve used similar straps for years in my family with Osgood-Schlatter problems and they really reduce pain below the kneecap. I’ve collected several pairs over time; this will be my dad’s first set — hoping it helps him as much as it helped me.
