Watch Band Link Removal Kit — Bracelet Resizing & Repair Tools
Product description
This kit centers on a liftable platform that improves alignment between the driving punch and the bracelet link hole, making pin removal and reinstallation more accurate and easier to perform.
The tool merges the link remover and the strap-holding block into a single unit so you can both push pins out and press them back in with the same fixture. It is intended for removable-pin bracelets; straps secured by screws are not supported.
Inside the set you will find nine replacement punch needles split across two different lengths—short pins suit most bands, while the longer pins give extra reach for wider links where the pin needs to be pushed out farther before removal.
There are three punch tips of differing diameters to match a variety of bracelet pin sizes. The working parts are metal while the main housing and platform are molded plastic, producing a lightweight tool that is easy to handle and store.
An English instruction booklet with images and step-by-step guidance is included to show the correct procedure, help avoid damage from incorrect use, and let you fix common bracelet issues at home.
Pros
- All-in-one remover and holder
- Multiple pin sizes and lengths included
- Compact and easy to store
Cons
- Plastic body less suited for extreme force
- Can struggle with frozen or hardened pins
- Not compatible with screw-style straps
VerdictA compact, all-in-one bracelet resizing kit that handles most removable-pin watch bands. The plastic body with metal pins is lightweight and portable; replacement needles and multiple diameters cover a wide range of links. Not ideal for exceptionally stubborn hardened steel pins, but excellent value for routine adjustments at home.

Handy, good build
Made resizing much easier than taking watches to a shop. The kit is compact, straightforward and worked reliably for my needs. A handy set to keep on hand.

Very useful though needs a loupe
Saved me money and fixed several watches. I needed a magnifier to see small collars; otherwise straightforward and good quality. Worth it if you’ll use it more than once.

Pleasantly well made
Nice quality at a bargain. Extras included unexpectedly—split pins of different sizes—which I needed. Fixed my watch without trouble; a great little surprise.

Performs exactly as needed
I hesitated because much of the frame is plastic, but the metal punches held up and removed tiny link pins on multiple watches. The adjustment is accurate, the variety of punch tips is useful, and changing tips is simple. Highly recommended.

Good and economical
Very convenient. I adjusted straps in about ten minutes without trouble. The tiny hammer is handy. Some warn about fragile pins, but I had no issues—just align the punch correctly. Shortened three different bands with no problems.

Good for lighter work
Looks decent but struggles with very stubborn steel pins. It comes with plenty of extras and is fine for softer metals and everyday watch bands.

Important note for pin-and-collar bands
The kit works adequately but isn’t premium—one drive pin separated from a punch. It still pushes pins out and the small block holds the bracelet while reinstalling. If your band uses pin-and-collar links, look up the method: push pins in the arrow direction, the tiny collar will fall out and must be kept; it may stick in the link so tap it out carefully.

Best value for bracelet work
I've replaced pricier tools with this for most bracelet resizing — it's simpler to use than my other devices. The press isn’t as refined as higher-end gear and the tip has a bit of play, but it handled dozens of links. A few pins were seized and needed a hammer first, yet this finished the job. Excellent for the price.
