Reviews

1. K Kellifidler 5/5

   Handy features and dependable

Easy to put on and just as easy to remove for cleaning. Keeps its position, functions quietly, and the soft‑close works perfectly. No complaints so far.

Top-mounted installation is a big plus

The first unit arrived missing the screws, but the seller handled a quick replacement. Once complete, installation was extremely easy because everything mounts from the top — no awkward reaching underneath. The seat sits securely and the slow-close mechanism works smoothly. Highly satisfied overall.

   Could use clearer instructions

Works fine overall, but it would be much better if a clear instruction sheet was included. Installation is manageable but the guide could be improved.

Solid choice — smooth install and soft‑close

I'm pleased with this seat. It felt sturdy and was simpler to fit than I thought. The bumpers keep things quiet and steady, and the screw anchors flexed through the toilet holes for a painless install. Both lid and seat close slowly — a nice upgrade. Looks much cleaner than my old, worn seat.

Comfortable and durable for heavier users

I’m a heavier-set woman and needed a seat that would hold up. This one feels very sturdy compared with the flimsy seat that broke on my new toilet. It installs easily and cleans well. I'll choose this brand again when possible.

   Well-made and simple to install

Toilet seats aren't changed often, so having clear guidance helped. The top-mounted installation was easier than expected and the seat does exactly what it promises. Kohler quality shows through — it feels built to last. The contoured shape is more comfortable than a standard rounded seat and the soft-close is a welcome feature.

Expensive but fits a 16.50" round bowl

I tested several seats for a 16.50" round bowl; most were slightly short. This one actually fit. The plastic feels heavier and more substantial than cheaper options. Mounting is different from older seats and the instructions are minimal, but online videos show the steps. Pricey, yet it cleans well and fits correctly.

   Perfect fit, color, and comfort

Perfecto en tamaño, color y confort. Muy contento con la compra.

   Siège de toilette de qualité

   Article de très bonne qualité.

    Fits Portrait but not ideal

Good elongated seat and it fits my older Kohler Portrait pan, though another Kohler model had a slightly better shape match. This one is acceptable for now, but I might spend more next time for a closer fit.

11. H Howling Coyote 5/5

    Very sturdy; instructions lacking

This ReadyLatch seat is a quality piece with a slow, smooth close for both lid and seat. The plastic is thick and solid — no flex even with heavier users. Packaging clearly lists dimensions so you can confirm fit. My only gripe is the instructions, which were confusing and poorly worded.

    Does the job

Simple to install and solid quality. No issues.

    Great replacement for discontinued bowl

Replaced a discontinued bowl’s seat nicely. Sleek appearance and a good match for the older toilet.
