    Premium feel, travel-tested standards

    Having stayed in many upscale hotels, I can tell cotton quality varies. These are made in India and arrived nicely packaged. After a cold wash they got even softer. Good weight and very absorbent, with several color options to pick from.

    Mixed results — some thread issues

    The white towels with blue border did fine after washing and the color held. However one color in the set had long thread pulls and runs after the first wash. If it were just that color I would have returned it. Overall I rate the set around average.

    I wanted towels similar to 650g cotton and found these. Labels didn’t list grams but they were a great find: pretty, soft and fluffy. Avoid very hot washes; they come out wonderfully soft from the machine. My husband and I both love them.

    Stop searching — excellent choice

    Extremely soft with minimal shedding and beautiful hues. I hesitated because of price and mixed reviews, but ended up buying two sets. They looked great as decor and performed even better for daily use.
