Designed for true blackout in bedrooms, nurseries and any space where light control and privacy matter, these cordless cellular shades use an opaque fabric to prevent light transmission through the material.

Frame color surprised me
Shade quality and operation are good and smooth, but the frame is white regardless of the fabric color ordered. I missed that detail in the images and expected a brown frame with brown fabric.

Great fit and darkening effect
These are excellent for room darkening. The snap-in brackets can be tight but they click in. They raise and lower easily. Used a taller size with extra length and it worked fine. Material seems quality and they help keep heat out.

Blocks morning light — smooth operation
Bought for my daughter's east-facing room. The blind moves smoothly and now she sleeps much later because the morning light is blocked. Great testimony to the blackout performance.

Very pleased — buying more
Ordered slightly under the window size and installed from the pictogram guide. Took about half an hour to mount. They move smoothly and came with screws and anchors. I used a drill for wood frames and skipped anchors. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent value — watch for exact sizing
The fabric is truly blackout. Our windows require 1/8-inch accuracy so a tiny sliver of light showed at the sides. For a perfect seal you'd need custom sizing, but for the price these are a great budget option.

Arrived with tangled lift strings
The inner lift cords were knotted beyond repair. We couldn't untangle them so the shade is now fixed in place. It's a nice shade otherwise, but be aware of potential cord issues.
