Great performance but heavier and long

Works but needs high heat for fine hair
With fine hair I had to crank it to the top to get any curl, which goes against recommendations. It’s top-heavy and can tip forward, and the off button sits where my thumb rests so I sometimes shut it off mid-use. Otherwise it performs adequately.

The power button sits in an inconvenient spot. It worked okay at first, but recently curls fell out within minutes even with hairspray. My older iron performed better; the long barrel didn’t make a big difference for me.

Solid upgrade from an older model

Fast for very long hair, but watch the off switch
It styles my long hair quickly and I like the results. My only gripe is the off button is easy to brush and it's so quiet I sometimes switch it off by accident. Other models needed firmer presses.

Arrived damaged and didn’t work on a strand
Box and shipping bag looked roughed up. Tried one strand and it didn’t curl at all. The temperature is adjusted by a dial that you bump when you open the clamp, and there’s no lock. Could be a defect — I’ll be returning it.

Packaging and support issues
Item looked used and the seller wouldn’t help with return shipping. Also the plug didn’t fit outlets in the UAE.

Traditional clamp iron that does the job
This clamp iron is easy to use and feels like the classic design I prefer — no wand burns. The XL barrel is worth it for long hair and gives loose waves with the 1.5" size. The curl didn’t stay very tight for me, so I may try a smaller barrel later, but great overall and I recommend it.
