660 lb Heavy-Duty Digital Shipping Scale — Postal & Luggage Scale
Product description
High capacity and fine resolution: Built around a precision sensor, this shipping scale supports up to 660 lb (300 kg) and detects small increments down to about 0.7 oz (minimum display step around 0.06 lb). It can weigh tiny items as well as very large parcels and luggage without sacrificing readability.
Clear display and multiple units: The unit uses a high-contrast LCD with blue backlighting to show results even in dim workspaces. It offers four selectable measurement modes — LB, OZ, KG and LB:OZ — to match postage, shipping, or travel requirements. The top includes a retractable spring line and two back nail slots so you can hang the display on a wall for unobstructed viewing.
Hold and tare functions: A dedicated hold feature freezes the displayed weight after removing an item, useful for awkward loads. The tare button zeros out containers and trays so you can see net weight directly without mental subtraction.
Power and auto-off: The scale runs from two AAA batteries or via a Type-C charging cable; both power options are supplied in the package. To conserve energy the scale will automatically power down after two minutes of inactivity.
Durable construction and extras: The platform is stainless steel for strength and easy cleaning, resistant to rust and suitable for frequent commercial use. Four non-slip feet provide cushioning and keep the platform steady under load. This model is built for post offices, warehouses, small businesses, and home use where heavy-duty performance is required.
Pros
- Very large 660 lb / 300 kg capacity with fine resolution
- Dual power: Type-C cable plus AAA battery backup included
- Stainless-steel platform and non-slip feet for durability
Cons
- Auto-off comes after 2 minutes of inactivity
- No user-accessible calibration routine
- Some users reported reliability issues over long-term use
VerdictThis is a robust postal and luggage scale that handles very large loads while still reading small increments. Its stainless-steel surface and non-slip pads make it stable for commercial and home use, and the LCD with backlight keeps readings visible. Dual power options and hold/tare add convenience, though the auto-shutoff and lack of user calibration may bother some buyers. Overall a strong choic

Stopped working after a while
Purchased in March 2025 and it worked fine until August 2026 when it suddenly failed. Replaced the batteries to be sure and it still only displays zeros. Disappointing reliability.

Sturdy for trailer tongue checks
Works well for checking tongue weight on my travel trailer up to 400 lb. Handles the jack foot with no problem. I recommend placing a thin protective pad between the jack and the platform to avoid scuffing the finish.

Perfect size for a small workspace
I love how easy it is to read the digital display and the footprint suits my packing table. Not too big, not too small — fits the needs of my small business perfectly.

Reliable, accurate, and business-ready
This model is dependable for frequent shipping use. It reads very precisely (reviewer measured down to 0.35 oz), the hold and tare features are handy, and the included battery and charging cable make it flexible for office or mobile use. Stable platform and clear display make processing shipments fast and painless.

Reasonable quality but inconsistent readings
The scale is well made but I noticed the same package can display slightly different weights on repeat tests. Would be better if it offered a user calibration option.

Excellent value and very versatile
I bought this to weigh packages so I can print postage at home and it has been great. The range is impressive — I’ve weighed small parcels and heavy luggage — and the build feels solid. It came with AAA batteries and a USB Type-C cord; I’ve used both and battery life has been good. The display is easy to read and switches between kg, oz and lb. Saves me trips to the post office and works exactly as I need.
