6.5" Marine 2-Way Tower Coaxial Speakers — Pair, 320W Peak
Product description
This package contains a pair of 6.5" marine-grade 2-way coaxial tower speakers engineered for on-deck and tower mounting. Each speaker pairs a mineral-filled microfiber composite mid-woofer cone with a butyl rubber surround for durability and moisture resistance. A 1" marine-grade silk dome tweeter is top-mounted on the midrange for coherent dispersion and balanced frequency blending.
Power handling is specified as 320 watts peak for the pair and 160 watts RMS for the pair. The speakers present a 4 ohm load and employ a 1.2" single voice (SV) coil. Sensitivity is rated at 88 dB and the usable frequency range spans roughly 57 Hz to 20,000 Hz, providing crisp highs and well-defined mids for tower applications.
The set ships with a selection of mounting hardware designed to fit various tower diameters: stainless fasteners and assorted rubber spacers allow secure installation on smaller and mid-size tubes. These speakers are intended for boats, wake towers, jet skis and other marine or recreational vehicles where space is limited but loud, weather-resistant sound is desired.
Pros
- Clear highs and balanced mids
- Includes multiple mounting spacers and hardware
- High output for compact tower use
Cons
- Limited low-frequency extension
- Clamps can strain on very large towers
- No manufacturer custom protective covers
VerdictA strong, budget-friendly option for wake towers and small watercraft. These 6.5" coaxials deliver high output and clear highs with respectable mids, come with a range of mounting hardware for different tower diameters, and are engineered for marine use. They won’t replace large subwoofers for deep bass, but for tower speakers they provide dependable, loud, and clear sound at a competitive value.

Fits small tubes perfectly
Not many pod speakers fit small tow bars well. With the included rubber spacers and stainless bolts these mounted tight on my 1.5" bar and sound great for their size.

Very pleased — they sound clear and mounted without fuss. The finish looks good on the tower. Only gripe is no custom grill or cover option from the maker.

Understated powerhouse for marine audio
Surprisingly full when paired with my amp. Quick to mount; clamps are snug and can be tight on larger towers. Adding an inline volume control for the towers made balancing simple.
