Magic Premium Quilting & Crafting Spray — Fabric Sizing & Wrinkle Releaser
Product description
QUILTING & CRAFTING AID: A fabric spray formulated specifically for quilting and textile crafts to give fabrics temporary body that improves handling for cutting, creasing, and sewing. The product helps stabilize bias edges and reduces fabric stretch so points match more easily when piecing.
HOW IT WORKS: The formula firms fibers enough to make cutting and piecing more precise and to make pressing seams simpler by relaxing wrinkles. After spraying and pressing, fabrics appear smoother, remain soft to the touch, and are less prone to static. It is compatible with other quilting aids such as fabric adhesive sprays and basting sprays.
FORMULA CHARACTERISTICS: Odor-eliminating and free of added fragrance, the spray is designed not to leave visible flakes on fabric. It is suitable for use on cottons and common quilting textiles to reduce puckering and make seams lay flatter during construction and final pressing.
PACKAGING & OPTIONS: The product is offered in single spray containers; it is available in aerosol cans and also in pump-spray bottles depending on preference. Quilters working on large projects may go through multiple containers; users sometimes switch delivery types to control flow and make the supply last longer.
USAGE NOTES: Light, even application is recommended — hold the container at a modest distance and press as usual to set seams. Test on a scrap first to confirm the amount needed for your fabric and project. Works well as a companion to basting and adhesive sprays when assembling quilts or fabric crafts.

Not what I needed
Doesn’t act like a basting spray for me. Didn’t meet expectations.

Reliable go-to for quilting
My favorite for quilting — gentle scent, no flaking, and dependable performance. Buying extras was convenient.

Good starch alternative for quilting
I wanted something that wouldn’t gum up my iron, so I tried this instead of spray starch on a king-size storm-at-sea quilt. It gave the fabric enough body to handle bias edges without stretching. I used about two cans to press 12 yards, so it’s not cheap, but there was no residue on white or royal blue fabric and my iron stayed nearly clean. I’ll try the pump bottle next time to extend usage — overall I’m satisfied.

Better than regular starch
Far superior to the starch sprays I usually use — seams lay flat without puckers or waves. Very pleased.

Works well but sprayer is hit-or-miss
Product helped with wrinkling and fraying on new fabric and made it easier to work with, removing stubborn wrinkles. However, the aerosol sprayer performance varied: one bottle was hard to use, another needed two hands, and a third worked best. The spray seems to improve with use but delivery inconsistency was frustrating. Still, I recommend the formula.
