Instant Fire Starter Squares — 144 Natural Wood Cubes
Product description
FAST, RELIABLE IGNITION - Small, pre-cut squares light quickly and are intended for fireplaces, campfires, grills and fire pits. They’re formulated to catch and sustain a flame so you can start a fire without relying on lighter fluid, making them suitable for indoor hearths and outdoor cooking alike.
NATURAL WOOD FIBERS - Manufactured from natural wood fibers, these cubes burn clean and are essentially odorless so they won’t impart off-flavors to food. The non-toxic composition offers an alternative to chemical starters for charcoal grills, wood stoves and other applications.
VERSATILE FOR MULTIPLE USES - Designed to serve as fireplace starters, charcoal starters and general bbq igniters. Use them beneath kindling or charcoal in fire pits, grills, stoves and fireplace setups to get consistent ignition across indoor and outdoor environments.
CLEAN, SIMPLE SQUARES - The product comes as uniform, pre-cut squares that are easy to handle: light one and place it under logs or briquettes. With no messy pourable fluids or strong fumes, setup is straightforward and cleanup is minimal.
BULK 144 COUNT PACK - This value pack includes 144 individual fire-starting squares for recurring use throughout a season. The compact cubes are sized for single-use lighting tasks; households and campers who light fires frequently will appreciate the quantity.
Pros
- Quick ignition, even with some moisture
- Odorless natural wood fibers
- Large 144-count pack for frequent use
Cons
- Small cubes may require multiples for bigger fires
- Short burn time per square
- Not as long-lasting as heavier fire logs
VerdictThese natural wood-based squares are a convenient, low-odor option for quickly getting fires going indoors and outdoors. They light fast, tolerate some moisture, and are easy to use under wood or charcoal. Because each piece is small, you may need more than one for larger setups, but the 144-count pack delivers steady value for frequent grilling, heating, and camping.

Works, but not perfect
They usually do the job but aren’t as dependable as some pricier brands. Reasonably inexpensive, though.
