Adjustable Folding Weight Bench for Home Strength Training
Product description
Upgraded frame: The bench uses heavy commercial-grade steel that has passed professional load testing up to 700 lbs. The structure relies on a unique triangular support design, with 1.5 mm thick steel tubing throughout for increased rigidity and longevity.
Frame dimensions and components: The main square tubing measures 2.4" long by 1.2" high, while the rounded base tube is 18.5" long with a 1.2" diameter. These larger, thicker members help eliminate wobble and give a secure foundation for full-body workouts.
Adjustability and locking: The backrest offers 10 distinct positions and employs a serrated locking plate for fast, one-second changes and secure engagement. Use it in decline, flat or multiple incline angles to target chest, shoulders, back and core muscles.
Cushions and coverings: The backrest is 30" long x 13" wide x 2.4" thick; the seat measures 14.2" long x 13" wide x 2.4" thick. High-density, eco-friendly foam padding reduces fatigue during longer sessions, and a breathable synthetic leather cover provides comfortable skin contact and easy cleaning.
Assembly, folding and storage: Setup takes minutes — tighten two bolts, insert the two safety pins and fit the foam roller. When folded the bench measures approximately 34" L x 13" W x 8" H, saving roughly 85% of floor space so it can slide under a bed or tuck into a closet.
Included items and support: The package includes the bench frame with cushions, the foam roller, two safety pins and the required bolts. The product comes with a one-year warranty on the frame and 60-day coverage for the mat. Customer support is available by email for questions or issues.

Solid and straightforward
Simple to assemble, feels robust and steady during use. I joke it doubles as a clothes rack, but it’s my go-to bench for regular workouts.

I carried the box upstairs and had it put together in about 10–15 minutes. It folds down neatly, stays steady, and the range of adjustments is useful for different exercises.

Good entry-level bench for heavier users
At 6' and around 200 lbs I’ve used it for dumbbell work and some heavy presses up to my limits. It’s low enough for good leg drive and wide enough for comfortable reps. I’ll upgrade eventually but will keep this for accessory work.

Excellent bench with a small fit issue
Overall the material and build are great. I would recommend improving how the cushion halves meet because when doing sit-ups the center frame can press into the back. Still very satisfied overall.

Ideal for light rehab and workouts
Quick to assemble and comfortable for therapy-style training. Folds slim to slip under a bed or into a corner; padding is firm but fine for my sessions.

Good basic home-gym bench — be cautious with pins
Arrived on time and feels sturdy at my height and weight. Assembly is easy, but make sure the two locking pins are fully seated each time you sit or stand; they pass through and could slip if not secured, which might cause the bench to fold unexpectedly.

Exactly what I expected
Very inexpensive and easy to assemble with just a couple screws and pins. Frame feels solid and the padding is adequate. Taller or broader users may find it a touch narrow or short, but it does the job.
