Soundcore Q31i Over-Ear Wireless Headphones — LDAC Hi‑Res, Adaptive ANC
Product description
What you get: a pair of Soundcore Q31i over-ear wireless headphones, a USB‑C charging cable, a 3.5 mm auxiliary cable for wired listening, a soft carrying pouch, and a quick‑start guide and warranty card.
Drivers and materials: Each side houses a 1.6 in (40 mm) silk-and-ceramic driver capable of peaks around 98 dB for clear highs and controlled lows. The earcups are filled with softer memory foam and the cushions provide roughly 0.2 in (6 mm) more internal space than some competitors. The earcup shape is oval, created from analysis of over 2,000 head-shape data points to reduce pressure and improve long-session comfort.
Noise cancelling and call performance: Adaptive ANC uses a 4-microphone system that analyzes environmental noise and fit in real time to adjust cancellation. For voice calls, three built-in microphones plus AI-driven noise reduction isolate your voice from ambient sounds so you come through clearly in noisy places like cafés or busy streets.
Battery and charging: With noise cancellation enabled you can expect up to 50 hours of playback; turning ANC off extends runtime to about 80 hours. If you need a fast boost, a 10-minute quick charge adds roughly 10 hours of listening for last-minute travel.
Connectivity and app: These headphones support Hi‑Res Audio Wireless with LDAC for higher bitrate Bluetooth streaming and pair to phones or tablets via standard Bluetooth. The soundcore app offers HearID personalization, multiple EQ presets, Spatial Audio modes, adjustable ANC strength, and over-the-air firmware updates to keep features current.
How to use: Charge via the included USB‑C cable, pair with your device using Bluetooth, or plug in the aux cable for wired listening. Use the onboard controls to play/pause, adjust volume, manage calls, and change ANC modes. Open the app for tuning, running HearID, and applying spatial or EQ settings.

Great value and fit
I like the sound and the fit is comfortable. Controls work fine but the buttons are a bit stiff and take some getting used to.

Good sound but EQ issues
Overall sound and ANC are good, but the custom EQ in the app doesn’t seem to make audible changes for me — only the stock presets do. Also, the headphone volume buttons don’t always change phone volume as some other Bluetooth devices do.

Comfortable long-listening option
They fit me very comfortably and the ability to tweak the sound through presets is useful. Build quality feels solid for this class, and they’re a good mid-range option if you need more than one dependable pair without spending a lot.

Surprisingly detailed and powerful
As a trained musician I was blown away by the level of detail and instrument separation here. I compared them to a much pricier pair from my usual brand and these held up remarkably well. I bought them to use at work so my premium cans wouldn’t get damaged, but they exceeded my expectations for clarity and dynamics.
